"HorseDay is making a strong entry into the world of Icelandic horses, this is an ambitious and exciting project that will surely lead to good things for the whole Icelandic horse society."

Ingólfshvoll horse centre, which owns and operates the riding hall at Ingólfshvoll, and representatives of HorseDay recently signed an agreement between themselves. The agreement includes that among other things, HorseDay will be the main sponsor of the riding hall's activities for the next three years, as well as that the riding hall at Ingólfshvoll will hereafter be referred to as "HorseDay Höllin á Ingólfshvoli".

Teitur Árnason, spokesman and one of the owners of the Ingólfshvoll horse centre, and Oddur Ólafsson, CEO of HorseDay, signed the agreement in the new HorseDay arena at Ingólfshvoll.

"At Ingólfshvoll, ambitious activities are run by dynamic horse people who come from all over the country. Agreements have already been made for multiple activities in the new Horseday arena for 2023, but one of the most notable is Meistaradeild Líflands í hestaíþróttum (Champions League), which will mostly take place in the HorseDay Arena at Ingólfshvoll. We are excited about the collaboration and look forward to welcoming people to the HorseDay Arena in Ingólfshvoll in the new year". – says Oddur Ólafsson, CEO of HorseDay.

HorseDay was launched this summer with the app of the same name, which is a contribution to the digital journey of horse management and aims to promote progress in training and care of the Icelandic horse, with an improved overview and more efficient communication between the people in the society. Solutions such as HorseDay have made their way into most sports across the world of equestrian sports, and now equestrianism is at the first steps in using the system here in Iceland.

"HorseDay is making a strong entry into the world of Icelandic horses, this is an ambitious and exciting project that will surely lead to good things for the whole Icelandic horse society. It is therefore particularly interesting for us at Ingólfshvoll to work with HorseDay on marketing and promotion matters". - says Teitur Árnason, co-owner of Ingólfshvoll horse centre.
